Responsibilities
Perform onsite installations and service work for CATV, digital, internet, fibre, home phone, and home security monitoring services. Ensure all work for the company's cable communications business partner is completed to required standards.
Requirements
Candidates should have strong communication and customer service skills, knowledge of Microsoft applications, time management ability, and the ability to work independently while following strict procedures. A high school education or equivalent, a valid G-class driver's license with an excellent driving record, and a satisfactory criminal background certificate are required; prior electrical, technical, installation, field service, or telecommunications experience and sales experience are assets.
