Location:- Montreal, QC (Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote every week)

In detail
The team members are responsible of the following activities:
Project Management - Manage and lead assigned projects to completion with delivery of agreed objectives
- Ensure that all projects follow Group Policies and Procedure - including proper Project Governance & Software Development Lifecycle
- Identify and obtain the buy-in from the Primary Project Stakeholders and Sponsors
- Leverage expertise and problem-solving skills to propose solutions during each phase of the project
- Drive the delivery effort by maintaining project lists, organizing follow up meetings, creating and distributing meeting minutes
- Ensure clear communication of goals, budget, risks, efforts involved, & project status
- Work closely with all functions - Front office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Risk etc. to ensure successful delivery of project objectives
- Manage situations of conflict and constraints to ensure the success of the project
- Provide project plans, status reports, track issues and risks, budget/actuals tracking, testing co-ordination, implementation plan preparation and oversight

Minimum Required Qualifications: - 10 years’ experience as Project Manager
- Experience in Cash Management, SWIFT payments, & Banking
- Consulting experience
- Expertise in functional &operational knowledge of Global Banking activities
- Deep knowledge of & experience executing all project management concepts
- Project planning, documentation experience, & stakeholder management
- Excellent level of knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
The candidate : - Must have an in-depth understanding of project life cycle and what each phase implies
- Must have excellent communication skills - Both written and oral
- Must be able to manage situations of conflict and work professionally and efficiently with collaborators to arrive at a solution
- Needs to demonstrate the ability to adapt and learn new processes quickly
- Needs to show ability to multi-task and shift gears for assorted topics during the project life cycle
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to delve into complicated situations (issues, people, processes etc.), sort information and propose the solution/next steps
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree from accredited university with focus on IT, Business Administration, or other relevant fields of study.
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in Banking .
