Your New Role
You will manage full-cycle accounting for an assigned property portfolio, including financial reporting and variance analysis. Your responsibilities will include annual budgeting, year-end common area maintenance (CAM) recoveries, cash management, bank reconciliations and client distribution calculations.
You will prepare and file GST returns, assemble working papers for annual CAM and financial year-end audits, and complete tenant and lease setups. You will also post bank receipts, maintain accounting records and work with colleagues across the business to support reliable financial information.
What Sets You Apart

Highly organized and detail-oriented, you work accurately and efficiently, manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines. You communicate clearly and professionally and work effectively both as part of a collaborative team and independently.
Why Join?
Join a small, growing company where employees are valued, and the culture is supportive, fun and caring.
