Digitization Clerk
Our public sector client is seeking a detail-oriented Digitization Clerk for a short-term assignment.
This role will support the organization and digitization of physical records, including file preparation, scanning, indexing, and document management. The work is manual and repetitive and requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize physical files for scanning
- Scan, index, and organize electronic documents
- Maintain accurate physical and electronic records
- Perform quality checks on scanned documents
- Support general file management and records work
- Handle confidential information appropriately
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, records, document processing, or scanning experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Comfortable working with large volumes of files and documents
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
