Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or a related technology support role. Hands-on experience supporting Pega-based applications and platforms. Experience working with AI-powered support tools or automation solutions within an application support environment. Strong understanding of application architecture, workflows, and business process analysis. Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications in a high-volume, mission-critical environment. Knowledge of SQL, Unix/Linux, and job scheduling tools. Experience with monitoring and observability platforms including Dynatrace, ELK Stack, and PagerDuty. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Experience creating support documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge management resources. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call support model.

Experience supporting wealth management, banking, or financial services applications. Familiarity with incident management, change management, and ITIL practices. Exposure to cloud-based application environments and modern observability tools. Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
