Required Skills & Experience
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
5–7 years of experience in instructional design, adult learning or a related field
Strong experience designing eLearning and digital learning
Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise
Can turn complex business and technical ideas into effective training
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong time management and organization; can manage several projects in a fast-paced environment without losing quality
Comfortable with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and with learning management systems
Eligible to work on Government of Canada projects
Holds, or is eligible to get, Canadian Protected B security clearance, and meets the residency and citizenship requirements for it
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience designing training for enterprise or technical platforms
Experience building HCM product training (Dayforce is a strong plus)
Experience supporting Government of Canada or other public sector customers
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
Web Services development, XSLT, XML or SQL experience

Insight Global is hiring a Bilingual (French/English) Instructional Designer for a leading global Human Capital Management (HCM) software company. In this role, you will design learning experiences that help thousands of users in a large public sector organization adopt the client's HCM platform. You'll work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to turn business needs into learner-focused training, including eLearning, instructor-led materials, job aids, simulations and blended programs. The product is updated often, so you'll keep learning and refreshing content as new features come out.
