Rate: $46-$50 Per Hour
Location: Cambridge, ON
Employment: 7-Month Contract + Extension
Insight Global is seeking a Manufacturing Finance / Industrial Controlling professional to support a SAP S/4HANA implementation. This individual will serve as the key business user for Industrial Controlling, acting as the bridge between operations, finance, and the ERP implementation team. The ideal candidate has deep experience in manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, and industrial controlling, along with practical SAP knowledge. This person will play a critical role in data validation, testing, training, and ensuring a smooth transition into the new ERP environment. Key Responsibilities -Act as the Industrial Controlling Key User throughout the SAP S/4HANA implementation. -Lead business-side testing, validation, and user acceptance activities. -Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity for costing, inventory, and financial information. -Support training and knowledge transfer for end users. -Partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and the ERP implementation team. -Assist with system stabilization and process improvement activities following go-live. -Serve as the subject matter expert for manufacturing finance and industrial controlling processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Strong experience in Industrial Controlling or Manufacturing Finance.
-Hands-on experience with manufacturing costing and inventory costing/accounting.
-Experience managing inventory transactions and inventory valuation processes.
-Knowledge of asset accounting/control processes.
-SAP experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
-ERP implementation experience strongly preferred.
-Ability to work closely with operations teams in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
