JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Risk Management Project Manager to play a critical role in strengthening and advancing the risk management strategy of a top aerospace company. This role is 5x week onsite in Longueuil, QC.
This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor strategic and operational risks that could impact business performance, manufacturing operations, supply chain continuity, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification, assessment, and monitoring of strategic and operational risks across the organization.
- Develop and maintain enterprise risk registers, risk maps, and risk assessment frameworks.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's risk management program.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to document risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Evaluate emerging risks such as geopolitical instability, tariffs, supply chain disruptions, manufacturing capacity constraints, regulatory changes, and market volatility.
- Provide high-impact risk analysis and recommendations to senior executives and business leaders.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities before they impact operations.
- Mobilize stakeholders and subject matter experts to execute mitigation strategies effectively and rapidly.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in operational and strategic risk management within a complex manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting large-scale industrial or manufacturing organizations, (aerospace experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success evaluating and mitigating risks impacting global operations, manufacturing capabilities, and supply chains.
- Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills in French and English (full bilingualism)
Compensation:
$55/hr to $80/hr
