We are hiring for a
Business Analyst and Data Analyst. This role focuses on business analysis, data analytics, Power BI dashboard development, SQL, and regulatory compliance reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 6 8 years of experience combining business analysis and data analytics with strong Power BI, SQL, and Excel skills.
What You Bring
- 6 8 years of experience in Business Analysis and Data Analysis
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development
- Advanced SQL skills, including joins, views, stored procedures, and query optimization
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and Macros
- Experience with dashboard design, KPI reporting, and data visualization
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Experience preparing and validating regulatory and compliance reports
- Experience with requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
What You'll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL from multiple sources
- Prepare management reports, KPI scorecards, and executive dashboards
- Develop and automate reporting processes using Excel
- Generate and validate regulatory and compliance reports
- Perform data quality checks and root cause analysis for data discrepancies
- Work with business users, compliance teams, and technology teams on reporting requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and reporting solutions
- Support UAT and successful implementation of reporting solutions
- Create process documentation, BRDs, and reporting guidelines
