We are hiring for a
Loan Administrator. This role focuses on commercial banking and loan administration, including drawdowns, repayments, funding, reconciliations, and related operations.
The ideal candidate will have
3 5 years of commercial banking operations experience with strong knowledge of loan administration and banking processes.
What You Bring
- 3 5 years of experience in commercial banking operations
- Experience in loan administration and understanding of loan contract terms and conditions
- Sound knowledge of general banking operations, including accounting, funding, Nostro movements, and cash management
- Bachelor s or master s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and investigative skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively
- Ability to work in project environments and contribute to IT-led projects, including UAT sessions
- Fluent English
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced operational environment
What You'll Do
- Administer loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments, and funding activities
- Manage rate fixings, fees, and commission postings
- Handle external payments and interest collections
- Manage Nostro-related activities
- Perform reconciliations and general administration for the loan portfolio
- Monitor associated data and perform ad hoc queries and investigations
- Analyze and resolve issues related to loan operations
- Support project activities and UAT sessions
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and support effective collaboration

- Experience with ACBS
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages
