Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
- IBM z/OS and USS administration/support
- SCM migration experience, especially CA-Endevor to IBM DBB/Git/IDD
- Strong Application Development or System Programming background
- Hands-on experience with IBM Dependency Based Build (DBB)
- Strong Git knowledge (repositories, branching, merge strategies)
- Experience with IBM IDz/IDD and Wazi Deployment
- DevOps pipeline design, implementation, and troubleshooting
- YAML and Groovy scripting
- Installation, configuration, and support of DBB/Git/IDD solutions
- Application conversion, validation, and migration troubleshooting
- Build and pipeline failure analysis/debugging
- Customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management
- Technical training and knowledge transfer delivery
- Strong problem determination and root-cause analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years as a Systems Programmer, Mainframe Engineer, or similar role
- 4+ years of customer-facing consulting experience
- Experience in application development, lifecycle management, or SCM migrations is a plus
