We are hiring for a
Technical Lead - AI-Driven Development & Power Platform. This role focuses on building AI-powered full-stack web applications, including front-end interfaces, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and LLM-powered agents.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in AI development, Power Platform, and solution architecture, with strong web and cloud development experience.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in AI development, Power Platform, and Solution Architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Strong experience building production web applications with React and Next.js, including SSR and API routes
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and modern front-end tooling experience
- Experience with API design and integration
- Experience with AWS, including ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, Cognito, Aurora/RDS, and S3
- Experience with CloudFormation or equivalent Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline
- Experience with Kiro and/or VS Code in an AI-assisted coding workflow
- Experience building and deploying LLM-powered agents on Amazon Bedrock, including agent orchestration, tool/function calling, and knowledge base integration
What You'll Do
- Build web application front-ends and back-ends using React and Next.js
- Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered agents on Amazon Bedrock
- Design and implement APIs connecting applications with backend data and AI processing services
- Build user-facing workflows, dashboards, and reporting views
- Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure for application deployment
- Use Kiro and/or VS Code as the day-to-day development environment
Nice to have
- Experience integrating with LLM APIs such as Amazon Bedrock and Claude
- Spanish language proficiency
