Responsibilities
- Lead wholesale sales efforts to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize wholesale pipeline to forecast potential deals.
- Set, track, and report KPIs across territory performance and activities.
- Develop and grow key wholesale accounts through strategic planning.
- Lead and develop a high-performing wholesale team, providing coaching and feedback.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring profitability.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers to expand coverage.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing to create demand generation for wholesale channels.
- Ensure accurate order processing, inventory forecasting, and on-time deliveries.
- Deliver regular performance updates to leadership with insights and action plans.
Experience/Qualifications
- Proven wholesale sales leadership with quarterly and annual revenue targets achieved.
- Strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting for wholesale deals.
- Track and report territory KPIs, with data-driven performance insights.
- Strategic account development for key distributors and retailers.
- People leadership: coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Negotiation of terms, pricing, and contracts while safeguarding profitability.
- Strong relationship-building with distributors and retailers to expand coverage.
- Market intelligence: monitor trends and competitor activity to adapt strategy.
- Collaboration with marketing to generate demand for wholesale channels.
- Operational rigor: ensure accurate order processing, inventory forecasting, and on-time delivery.
