- Lead and manage a team of developers working on Guidewire solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate Guidewire with other systems and platforms.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any risks or issues proactively.
