PrecisionERP is looking for a SAP Deployment / Cutover Coordinator to provide structured SAP deployment and cutover coordination to ensure that tasks, issues, actions, evidence and communications remain controlled, current and visible.
Contract duration: 12 months with possibility of extension
Location: Montreal (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite required)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the regional cutover task tracker, action log, contact list, dependency register and escalation record.
- Coordinate cadence, status collection, issue updates and follow-up actions during command.
- Track completion evidence for critical technical tasks and handover activities.
- Support communications to regional stakeholders, vendors and programme leadership.
- Capture decisions and action outcomes accurately for auditability and lessons learned.
Deliverables
- Regional cutover control pack with action log, issue log, dependency tracker and contact matrix.
- Cutover notes, decision log and escalation summary.
- Status updates for regional command and leadership forums.
- Hypercare transition tracker and residual action list.
Skills and experience
- Program coordination experience in SAP deployment, technical cutover, testing or command centre settings.
- Excellent attention to detail and control discipline.
- Clear written communication and stakeholder follow-up.
- Working understanding of SAP, BTP, integration, testing, defect and cutover terminology.
- Ideally bilingual in French & English, additionally fluent in Spanish would be a bonus.
