Bilingual (French/English) Advisor – Student Placement Risk Management
Location: Ottawa, ON – 100% Onsite
Contract: October 12, 2026 – December 22, 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week
PrecisionERP/IT is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Advisor – Student Placement Risk Management for a short-term contract opportunity in Ottawa.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assessing student clinical placement documentation and ensuring students meet applicable health, immunization and placement requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess student clinical placement and health records.
- Evaluate immunization and occupational health documentation.
- Ensure students meet established clinical placement requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation.
- Apply relevant policies, procedures, legislation and privacy requirements.
- Provide guidance to students regarding health and placement requirements.
- Work collaboratively with students, colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities and sensitive cases in a deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Sciences (RN) with 3+ years of experience OR College degree in Nursing Sciences (RPN) with 5+ years of experience.
- Valid Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Bilingual French and English – spoken and written.
- Specialized nursing experience evaluating immunizations and occupational health requirements.
- Knowledge of relevant epidemiology legislation and standards.
- Knowledge of federal and provincial privacy legislation and applicable human rights requirements.
- Experience applying policies and procedures and providing health counselling.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation and crisis-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate confidential records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, email and related business applications.
