Key Responsibilities
- Execute data validation processes to identify incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate records in the CRM system
- Review mandatory fields and cross-reference data integrity across multiple systems (e.g., our CRM system and the insurance company portal site)
- Perform systematic data cleanup activities including correcting formatting errors, standardizing data entries, and resolving inconsistencies
- Document data quality issues and track remediation progress
- Maintain detailed records of all data corrections performed
Must-Have
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, sorting, filtering, formulas)
- Basic database and records management skills
- Ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies in data sets
- Post-secondary education (preferred)
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of insurance industry terminology and processes

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple data cleanup projects
- Strong communication skills for working with internal teams
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to root causes
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
