Are you creative, analytical, and passionate about how brands connect with their audiences? We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support campaign development, strengthen brand visibility, and help deliver effective marketing initiatives. This role is suited to someone who enjoys combining creative thinking with research, organization, and collaboration to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and update promotional materials, presentations, and marketing content.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media and website updates.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and target audiences.
- Help maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing channels.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, project tasks, and promotional schedules.
- Track campaign activity and compile reports to evaluate performance.
- Work with internal teams to support product promotions and brand initiatives.
- Maintain organized marketing records, resources, and campaign documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with an understanding of marketing and branding principles.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to research information, identify trends, and communicate findings.
- Confidence using standard office software and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Previous marketing or communications experience is an asset.
Position Details
- Pay: CAD $25–$32 per hour
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Location: On-site in Toronto, ON
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
