We’re looking for skilled, dedicated individuals to join our growing team.</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Assist Lead technicians with repairs and maintenance of overhead doors and loading dock equipment</li><li>Accurately complete work orders, inspection forms, and capture site photos for documentation</li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and PPE to ensure readiness and compliance</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe, professional work environment</li><li>Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company on-site</li></ul><p><strong><u>What we're looking for:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Clean, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools</li><li>Comfortable working at heights</li><li>Positive attitude and a team-first mindset</li></ul><p><strong><u>Assets:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience with loading docks and commercial overhead doors</li><li>Welding or millwright experience</li></ul><p><strong><u>What's in it for you?</u></strong></p><ul><li>Access to the Sentinel Training Facility, designed to set our technical team up for success and provide a clear progressive career path - a first-of-its-kind in the dock and door industry.
