We are seeking Experienced Lawyers across all practice areas with an established client base or book of business who are interested in a flexible fee-split arrangement, professional infrastructure, and administrative support while maintaining autonomy over their practice.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage client relationships, files, and legal matters.
- Continue servicing and developing an existing client base.
- Build and grow a legal practice within an established professional environment.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and representation.
- Develop new business and foster long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals while maintaining autonomy.
- Leverage firm-provided administrative and operational support.
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
- Established legal experience in any practice area.
- Existing client base or demonstrated book of business.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice development.
- Ability to independently manage clients and files.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.
- Professional approach and commitment to high-quality legal services.
