Senior Portfolio Property Manager (Licensed - In-House)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties across British Columbia and Alberta. Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Metro Vancouver, BC (Hybrid - Office & Site Visits)
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential properties.
Supervise and support on-site property managers, community leaders, and maintenance staff.
Oversee leasing activities, property inspections, maintenance, renovations, and suite turnovers using Yardi.
Manage escalated tenant concerns while ensuring compliance with applicable residential tenancy legislation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and service providers while monitoring performance standards.
Track operational and financial KPIs and prepare portfolio performance reports.
Ensure compliance with lender and regulatory requirements.
Assist with annual budgeting, cost control, and financial performance across the portfolio.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
Valid BC Property Management License (required).
Proficiency with Yardi Breeze or Yardi Voyager (required).
Minimum 3-5 Years Of Residential Property Management Experience.
Experience managing multi-family residential portfolios.
Previous experience with large property management organizations or REITs is considered a strong asset.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel periodically for property site visits.
