Senior Project Manager / Project Leader – Digital Transformation

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Leader with 10+ years of experience leading complex digital and IT transformation initiatives involving multiple business, IT, executive and vendor stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from Concept, Discovery, Design, Prototype, Implementation through Go-Live.
- Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues, resources, dependencies and governance.
- Lead stakeholder consultations, workshops, facilitation and consensus building.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and vendor deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, business cases, briefing notes and status reports.
- Lead change management and strategies to overcome resistance.
- Manage procurement artifacts including RFP/RFS, SOW and contracts.
- Lead Discovery activities including user research, service design and journey mapping.
- Work with senior leadership and support project governance, gating and escalation.
Must Have
- 10+ years senior project management experience
- Large-scale digital/IT transformation experience
- Strong Discovery-to-Go-Live project delivery experience
- Excellent stakeholder, executive and vendor management skills
- Strong budget, schedule, risk and governance management
- Procurement/RFP/RFS/SOW experience
- Agile project delivery experience
- PMP, Scrum or Agile certification

- OPS / Government experience
- Digital First Assessment (DFA)
- Project gating, Cyber Security, Privacy & Architecture
- AODA / accessibility knowledge
- Public-sector digital transformation experience
