Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, database schemas, and data models to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and related services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application and database performance issues and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Java Development.
- Solid expertise in SQL, database design, query writing, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience in API Development and Integration (REST APIs, web services, microservices preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies.
- Practical experience leveraging AI tools, frameworks, or GenAI solutions to improve development productivity, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and modern automation practices.
