Sales Operations Coordinator in the industrial manufacturing industry.

Sales Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales and customer order process, acting as a central point of coordination between customers and internal departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, a strong communicator, commercially curious, and interested in developing a deeper understanding of business operations within a specialized, collaborative and team focused industrial environment.
Sales Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:- Prepare customer quotations by reviewing pricing, inventory, costs, and historical information
- Coordinate with internal and external clients to support customer requirements
- Process customer orders from receipt through production, shipment, and invoicing
- Support the Sales team with pricing, product availability, lead times, and order status inquiries
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding quotations and identify potential sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, quotation, and sales information within company systems
- Prepare reports related to sales activity, customer orders, and deliveries
- Assist with inventory monitoring and support replenishment activities
- Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, warranties, and returns
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency
The Successful Candidate Has:- 3+ years of experience in sales support, administration, customer service, order management, or a related role
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset
- Quick learner of new technologies
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is considered an asset
- Experience in manufacturing, mining, heavy equipment, or an industrial environment is an asset but not required
- A proactive, curious, and growth-oriented approach to work
- Able to work 8-5pm in a west end office
Compensation and Benefits:- The discussed salary range is $65,000 - $70,000, depending on experience
