About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at eMonster Solutions Ltd. In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions tailored to meet our clients’ unique business needs. As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality applications that drive digital transformation initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to building scalable, secure, and efficient systems that support the growth and operational excellence of our clients’ organizations.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in software development or related roles.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable software development principles.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, system integration, cloud-based applications, and distributed architectures.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), automation technologies, and modern cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for custom software, enterprise platforms, web applications, and mobile solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and implement scalable software applications, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions that support digital transformation efforts.
- Develop and optimize system architecture, data models, workflows, and integration frameworks to enhance system performance, security, and scalability.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the development, deployment, integration, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise software solutions, including ERP, CRM, CMS, e-commerce platforms, and mobile applications.
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and maintain software applications, databases, APIs, and cloud environments to ensure continuous system availability and optimal performance.
- Research emerging technologies such as AI, automation tools, and cloud services to recommend and implement innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
- Lead and coordinate teams of software developers and information systems professionals throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
