7+ years of overall software engineering experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/GenAI solution development.
Lead the design and delivery of Agentic AI, RAG, and LLM-powered enterprise solutions.
Define AI architecture, scalability, governance, security, and engineering best practices.
Drive development of AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks.
Establish AI Evals, observability, model quality, and performance monitoring while mentoring teams and driving AI adoption.
