Job Description
- 7+ years of experience with strong expertise in web application development, web user journeys, and digital product ecosystems.
- Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for responsive web applications across customer-facing and enterprise platforms.
- Skilled in creating detailed functional and non-functional specifications, including web workflows, UI/UX requirements, API request/response mappings, data models, and integration rules.
- Hands-on experience working with product teams to translate business goals into web application features, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, system integrations, and data flows, with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects and development teams during solution design and implementation.
- Proficient in BA tools and methodologies such as Jira, Confluence, UML, BPMN, process mapping, user journey mapping, and requirements traceability.
- Strong collaboration skills for working closely with web developers, UX/UI designers, QA teams, architects, and product owners to successfully deliver digital solutions.
