Position Title: Senior Law Clerk

Hybrid work requirements: 3 days in office weekly
Role Responsibilities:
· Conduct legal and corporate governance research.
· Prepare and submit regulatory filings and required disclosures.
· Support director compensation administration processes.
· Assist with shareholder services and related activities.
· Monitor and track corporate compliance requirements.
· Maintain and update governance records and documentation.
· Support audit inquiries and regulatory information requests.
· Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing board meetings.
· Contribute to process improvement and governance enhancement initiatives.
· Prepare governance reports and related reporting materials.
· Participate in special projects within a fast-paced corporate governance environment.
Must Have Skills:
· Law clerk/Paralegal/Lawyer/legal experience (approx. 5+ years)
· Experience with the operations of a public company (approx. 5+ years)
· Registered law Clerk (ILCO) OR Certified Paralegal (LSO) /Certified lawyer (LSO)
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
