Job Title: Project Director
Location: Either in London, Downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Scarborough, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: Contract
Rate: 120-130/hr INC
Role Overview
- Lead and drive AI and digital transformation initiatives
- Focus on accelerating project delivery and execution
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across teams
- Deploy and coordinate project teams effectively to meet delivery timelines
- Operate within a fast-paced, high-visibility transformation environment
Top Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong Project/Program Management experience
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering AI / Digital Transformation initiatives
- Prior exposure to AI use case implementation (at least 1)
- Strong understanding of:
- AI / Gen AI / Machine Learning / LLMs
- Differences and practical implementation
- Ability to manage complexity, navigate organizational dynamics, and drive outcomes
- Strong execution focus with ability to accelerate initiatives
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working in hybrid or Agile delivery models
