Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Developer / Training Specialist to support digital adoption, training, and user readiness for enterprise systems.
The successful candidate will combine hands-on OGL development, ERP training, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration to create effective in-application guidance and learning resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience developing Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) or similar Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solutions.
- Significant experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs, preferably within ERP implementations.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar enterprise applications.
- Professional fluency in English and French.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of basic programming concepts and web technologies.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, DOM, and browser developer tools is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Oracle Guided Learning & Digital Adoption
- Design, develop, and maintain in-application digital guidance using Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).
- Create interactive walkthroughs, tooltips, hotspots, and contextual help aligned with business workflows.
- Translate business processes into structured digital guidance that helps users complete tasks within the application.
- Apply HTML and CSS to customize and enhance OGL guides, smart tips, and user interface elements.
- Conduct regular audits of OGL content to identify outdated, duplicate, inaccurate, or non-functioning assets.
- Gather business requirements and translate user needs into OGL content and enhancement requirements.
- Investigate and reproduce OGL and end-user issues and determine whether the root cause relates to application changes, business processes, or OGL configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OGL content and configuration issues.
- Triage and document defects and coordinate resolution, testing, and closure with business and technical teams.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and Release Management to assess the impact of system releases on learning content.
- Update OGL assets following system enhancements, releases, and business process changes.
- Track usage metrics and user feedback to support adoption and continuous improvement.
- Organize testing and validation with business stakeholders for new and updated OGL guides.
- Document OGL development standards and reusable guidance components.
- Manage Jira tickets related to OGL development, defects, enhancements, and support.
- Coordinate with Oracle support as required.
- Participate in OGL training, certification programs, and product update sessions.
Training Strategy & Delivery
- Design and deliver training programs covering systems, processes, and tools.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans aligned with implementation milestones.
- Develop blended learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning, job aids, and supporting materials.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end users and internal trainers.
- Provide guidance and coaching to internal trainers to improve training effectiveness.
- Support user readiness, adoption, and change initiatives related to system implementations.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain clear, concise, bilingual job aids and process documentation, particularly across Finance-related processes.
- Ensure training and learning materials align with approved processes and organizational standards.
- Maintain version control and organize training and learning resources within the appropriate repositories.
- Validate learning materials and translations for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with business leaders, functional leads, subject matter experts, and project teams to understand user needs and pain points.
- Gather requirements and align training and digital adoption activities with operational needs.
- Establish effective relationships with business process owners and stakeholders.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve training processes, digital adoption, and the end-user experience.
- Provide reporting and insights related to training, adoption, user feedback, and OGL performance.
Strong Assets
- Experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) or other Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs).
- Oracle Guided Learning Developer training or certification.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Experience working with Jira for tracking development assets, defects, and enhancements.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, DOM, and browser developer tools.
- Experience working with Release Management or system deployment teams.
- Understanding of Finance and accounting processes.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
