Insight Global is seeking a Change Manager for a top mining industry client. This individual will lead the organizational change management efforts supporting enterprise HR technology transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
The successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, communications, training, adoption, and reinforcement activities across a geographically dispersed workforce. This role will partner closely with executive sponsors, HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and business leaders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies while enabling lasting behavioral change throughout the organization.
This is a true OCM-focused position centered on people, communication, training, readiness, and adoption rather than project delivery or implementation management.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting enterprise-wide business and technology transformations
- 3+ years supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementations, enhancements, or optimization programs
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including:
- Employee Central
- Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience conducting stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations
- Proven success developing and executing communication, engagement, training, and adoption strategies
- Experience creating and managing change champion and super-user networks
- Experience supporting large-scale HR technology transformations
- Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and business leaders to drive adoption and behavioral change
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional)
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification
- Experience supporting Employee Central transformations
- Experience within mining, manufacturing, industrial, or energy environments
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed workforces
- Experience supporting North American and Latin American organizations
Starting Rate: $60/hr
