Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Control Officer (PCO) to support large-scale banking initiatives and provide governance, financial oversight, reporting, and project controls across multiple programs. The successful candidate will have deep experience within the banking industry, strong Clarity PPM expertise, exceptional financial acumen, and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Provide end-to-end Project Control Officer support across complex banking programs and portfolios.
- Manage and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Lead project governance activities, including steering committee materials, executive reporting, and project health assessments.
- Utilize Clarity PPM to manage project financials, resource allocations, forecasting, capacity planning, and portfolio reporting.
- Oversee project budget management, tracking actuals versus forecast, variance analysis, accruals, and financial reconciliation activities.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and metrics using advanced Excel functionality.
- Partner with Project Managers, Program Managers, Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders to ensure delivery objectives are met.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, document decisions, and track action items to completion.
- Identify project risks and issues proactively and support mitigation planning.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulatory, audit, and governance requirements.
