We are seeking an experienced RPA Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Business Intelligence, Automation, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and automation solutions while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive and self-service dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other BI and automation tools.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
Translate complex data findings into compelling stories, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and business partners.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and quality across reporting solutions and dashboards.
Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide guidance on BI and reporting best practices.
Combine and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and identify data quality improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and implement effective business and technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
6-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, BI Reporting, Data Analytics, or Automation.
Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred in fields such as:
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Engineering
- Finance
- Computer Science
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in BI reporting and analytics.
Strong experience working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to analyze and combine multiple data sources to:
- Present business insights clearly and concisely.
- Produce actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve data hygiene and governance.
