About The Opportunity
Our government client is seeking an EX Staffing Consultant to provide end-to-end executive recruitment and talent acquisition services for executive and senior leadership positions within the organization.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Search planning and position profiling
- Labour market analysis and market intelligence
- Market mapping and candidate identification
- Proactive candidate outreach and recruitment
- Candidate screening and preliminary assessment
- Development and presentation of long-listed and short-listed candidates
- Assessment and selection support
- Candidate communications and relationship management
- Executive-level reference checking
- Education, employment and professional credential verification, where required
- Additional executive assessment services, where required
- Search reporting and close-out
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 5+ years of experience with EX staffing in the Northern Regions of Canada
- Bachelors or Masters degree
- Bilingual in French and English
- Eligible for a Reliability Clearance
About the Job
- 6-month contract with a possibility of an extension
- Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000 a year
