About The Opportunity
Our Public Sector client has a requirement for
two Senior Project Managers to support the development of Sustainment Business Case Analyses (SBCA) and associated decision-support products.
This is a senior-level project management opportunity focused on coordinating sustainment planning and business case analysis activities, including project planning, financial and contracting considerations, stakeholder coordination, reporting, governance support and the preparation of project documentation.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Planning and coordinating project management activities, including financial, planning and contracting aspects
- Preparing formal work breakdown structures and compliance charts
- Planning and coordinating the activities of project personnel, internal customers, contractors and other support providers
- Providing briefings on project progress and concerns
- Reporting project progress on an ongoing basis and at scheduled points throughout the project life cycle
- Ensuring management is provided with timely and accurate project information and status updates
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience within the last ten (10) years managing sustainment planning or Business Case Analysis (BCA)-related projects
- Experience managing at least two (2) sustainment planning or BCA-related projects, with each project lasting a minimum of six (6) months
- Experience presenting sustainment planning findings to senior decision makers
- Must have a relevant combination of education, professional certification and experience
- Education must be from a recognized Canadian academic institution, or equivalent as established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service if obtained outside Canada
- Must meet applicable Controlled Goods requirements
- Must hold a valid Secret security clearance
- Must be fluent in English
