Senior Business Analyst – Global Payments & Money Movement
Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | 40 hrs/week
On-site: Wednesday + Thursday, plus 1 rotational day based on project/meeting requirements
Start Date: October 1, 2026
Contract: 6 months, with potential for extension or conversion to FTE
Interview: 2 rounds – virtual + in-person

What You'll Do
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll provide analysis and leadership across strategic projects and initiatives, including:
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation
- Work with business partners, technology teams and stakeholders to understand current-state processes and define target-state solutions
- Document business requirements, process flows, use cases and project deliverables
- Lead project discussions and facilitate cross-functional stakeholder meetings
- Analyze complex business and technology problems and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Support testing, UAT and implementation activities
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, risk/action/issue logs and decision logs
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support scope, schedule, cost and delivery decisions
- Create presentations and status updates for working teams and leadership
- Support process improvement, business case development and benefits planning
- Contribute to change management and business implementation activities
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
- 5+ years of Jira experience
- 2+ years of payments experience
- 4+ years of SQL and Power BI/reporting experience
- Strong understanding of business requirements, process analysis and documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working on complex, large-scale initiatives
- AI knowledge/understanding
