Senior Project Manager – Digital Technology
Location: Vancouver, BC – Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week
Employment Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Salary: $110,000–$128,000
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital technology and business transformation initiatives from intake through implementation and close-out.
This is a hands-on delivery role for a strong PM who is comfortable working across business, technology, vendors and senior leadership within a structured PMO environment.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering technology and business change
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, including scope, schedule, budget, quality and delivery
- Strong experience with PMO governance, including project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, dependencies and decision tracking
- Experience delivering complex, cross-functional enterprise technology projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management across business, technology, vendors and executive sponsors
- Experience coordinating testing, release/cutover planning, operational readiness and post-go-live stabilization
- Understanding of business analysis fundamentals, including requirements and business process impacts
- Experience supporting change management, user adoption, training and communications
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow PPM or Azure DevOps
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology projects from initial intake through implementation and close-out
- Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, RAID logs, status reporting and governance documentation
- Coordinate business, technical, vendor and operational teams
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes and project decisions
- Facilitate governance meetings and provide clear information to sponsors for decision-making
- Coordinate testing, cutover, release readiness, training and operational handoff
Important: Candidates must be based in the Vancouver/Lower Mainland area and comfortable working onsite 3 days per week
