Job Title: Restaurant Manager – MJ’s Sport Bar
Job Summary
Languages: Bilingual
🏦 Work location: On site, Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
💵 Salary: 30.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
📋 Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
🕜 Working shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend
📅 When can start: Starts as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise staff
- Train staff
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service

Education/Qualifications:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
