Job SummaryThis role exists to provide volume support and day-to-day operational support within a team of 20 members. The position operates in a call center environment, with approximately 80% of functions dedicated to conducting outbound calls - responsible for the timely and accurate follow-up of client transfers from other financial institutions into TD Wealth - and approximately 20% dedicated to data entry functions, including updating in-house systems and working closely on ISM, Kofax (Imaging system), and in-house Case Management software. The contractor will have access to customer data. A full week of training is provided with ongoing support.

Required Skills- Operations experience in banking/financial: 5–7 years
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- High technical aptitude
- Strong Excel skills - must have a good understanding of using Excel spreadsheets (will be using spreadsheets with macros; must have strong technical skills to be able to pick up on learning macros during training)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for updating tickets and carrying out data entry duties
- Professional and interpersonal skills - for making phone calls (phone experience is a strong must-have skill required for the role)
