Job SummaryAs a Sr. Business Analyst in the Project Delivery, Modernization and Enablement team, you will provide high-impact analysis and thought leadership on strategic Projects and Programs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of work packages and initiatives, including Analysis of Deliverables, Stakeholder engagement, Requirements documentation, Business Case and Benefits planning, Execution delivery, Risk Mitigation, Communication, Testing, and People Change Management. The Senior Business Analyst is also responsible for leading project management activities, including planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
The team (Alternate Solutions Group - ASG Technology) supports multiple applications focused on cross-border payments and multi-currency transactions, enabling customers to transact in local currencies while settling in currencies such as CAD, USD, AUD, and NZD across global markets. This role will be working on a global money transfer application and is responsible for documenting requirements, interacting with stakeholders, and leading end-to-end project discussions.
Key Responsibilities- Disciplined Analysis and Documentation - Work with Business Partners, Business Sponsor/Lead(s), Technology partners, Stakeholder groups, and project team members to assess and document the current state and to formulate a target state and roadmap. Present detailed business requirements and process flows aligned with the organization's strategy and ensure all required artifacts are socialized and approved within required timelines. As assigned, participate in User Acceptance and business implementation activities.
- Strong Collaboration and Decision Support - Lead activities to help internal partners make informed and timely decisions related to scope, requirements, technology, organization, costs, financial reconciliation, schedule, etc. Motivate and inspire your project teams as you work toward a common goal and successful outcomes. Build ongoing partnerships with key clients and business partners.
- Project Leadership - Perform a subject matter leadership role to Project Delivery on project-related activities. Proactively identify risks to the project schedule and find ways to mitigate them. Monitor milestones; ensure they're completed according to timelines and budgets. Execute a project plan that strikes the right balance between budget, time, and risk.
- Clear Communication - Develop compelling presentation materials to support working team and executive discussions and to articulate Workstream status. Maintain detailed project plans, risks, actions, issues, and decision logs, track progress, and schedule regular reviews and updates. Raise awareness and status of items through clear and timely communication.

- Experience working on large-scale, multi-faceted programs with the ability to successfully define and deliver change within a fast-paced and high-volume environment from a client, business, and technology perspective
- Ability to investigate complex problems, make sense of information, and formulate and communicate insights in an impactful way
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills necessary to gain commitment and support for desired objectives and to deliver project artifacts

Education Requirements- Degree or diploma in Business, Arts, Science, Engineering, and/or a related field of study

- Minimum 4 years of experience working with SQL and Power BI Reporting
