Tech Support - Trade Floor Support/Install

Location: Toronto, ON

Onsite Flexibility: Onsite

Contract Details

Position Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
Pay Rate: C$28.00–C$30.00 / Hour (CAD)
Shift / Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, start time 8:00 AM; overtime potential: Yes

Job Summary

This role provides onsite support for the Trade Floor relocation to CIBC Square. The team will be responsible for coordinating and executing the installation, configuration, and deployment of all technology equipment within the new Trade Floor environment. This includes monitors, desktops, laptops, printers, and associated peripherals, ensuring all devices are fully operational and ready for business use. The team is looking for techs that can install monitors, move computers, and do basic troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite support for the Trade Floor relocation project
Coordinate and execute the installation, configuration, and deployment of all technology equipment within the new Trade Floor environment
Install, set up, and verify monitors, desktops, laptops, printers, and associated peripherals
Ensure all devices are fully operational and ready for business use
Move computers and perform basic troubleshooting as required
Support the team during weekday and weekend work schedules as needed

Required Skills
