The Ministry of Social Services, Disability Programs branch, is seeking a detail-oriented individual with time management and administrative skills to join the Program and Operational Supports (PrOS) Clerical Services team. PrOS is dedicated to person centered service excellence, collaboration, and working as one team. This position will be responsible for completing word processing tasks, data entry, maintaining an efficient filing system, responding to inquiries, booking meeting rooms, preparing agendas and completing meeting minutes. This position has the ability to be based out of our Moose Jaw or Regina office. Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties such as word processing, filing, maintaining records, and data entry.
- Provide reception duties including answering telephones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls or information as appropriate.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely handling and distribution of correspondence.
- Schedule and book meeting rooms and support meeting logistics as required.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate initiative in undertaking assigned duties and supporting overall office operations.

A valid driver's license is a requirement of this position. The successful applicant will be required to complete a satisfactory Financial Management Risk Indicator Screen as a condition of employment. This requirement is based on the position’s responsibilities and access to information owned by the Canada Revenue Agency. All screenings will be conducted with consent, and in compliance with applicable legislation.
