JOB DESCRIPTION: $70-79/hour - 4 month contract with extensions - 3-4 days/week onsite
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to support a large-scale business transformation initiative. While the current focus is an SAP program, this role is centered on organizational change, helping employees and business teams successfully adopt new processes and ways of working.
This is not a purely strategic change management role. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable building change strategies and communication plans while also spending time with stakeholders on the floor, understanding concerns, influencing adoption, and driving lasting behavioral change.
Key Responsibilities:
-Partner with the Director of Business Process and BPOs (Business Process Owners) to develop and execute change management strategies.
-Lead change initiatives across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
-Translate high-level transformation goals into practical, people-focused adoption plans.
-Work directly with impacted employees, managers, and leadership teams to understand challenges and drive engagement.
-Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, communication plans, and training initiatives.
-Measure adoption, identify resistance points, and implement solutions to improve results.
- Act as the change management subject matter expert, providing guidance and best practices throughout the transformation journey.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of change management experience supporting large-scale organizational transformations.
- Proven experience driving change within complex, enterprise-level organizations.
- Ability to operate strategically while also being highly hands-on in execution.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated success leading adoption and behavioral change across diverse business groups.
- Self-sufficient change management expert who requires minimal oversight.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Experience supporting SAP, ERP, or other large transformation programs.
-Experience working within highly regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or similar environments.
