Our client is looking for a Cyber Program Manager to lead a large-scale cybersecurity initiative supporting the integration of an acquired organizations technology. This is a true program leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple project managers, driving governance, managing executive stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery across a broad cybersecurity landscape.
Day-to-Day:
- Oversee delivery of a major cyber program tied to an enterprise integration initiative
- Coordinate project managers and cross-functional workstreams
- Facilitate discussions with technology, business, security, and risk stakeholders
- Drive governance, roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and executive reporting
- Manage program risks, dependencies, and overall delivery health
Must-Haves:
- Experience leading large enterprise cybersecurity programs
- Proven ownership of complex, multi-workstream programs with multiple PMs reporting into the initiative
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management across technology, business, risk, and executive teams
- Background delivering programs within large enterprise environments, ideally Financial Services
Nice-to-Haves:
- Banking or Financial Services experience
- Experience with cyber transformations, cloud migrations, or enterprise security initiatives
- Consulting background (EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, etc.)
