Business Banking experience (products, operations, clients, lending, or distribution)

Executive presence with the ability to present to senior leaders and executives
Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Hands-on experience using JIRA for project tracking and execution
Experience working in large, complex, matrixed organizations

The role requires strong project management fundamentals, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a large, matrixed organization. Responsibilities include managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones while providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership. Current initiatives include process simplification, fraud modernization, and lending process automation programs.
