Job Title: Performance Engineer

About the Role: Support important enterprise-wide projects, end-to-end performance engineering, from requirements and test planning through execution, analysis, troubleshooting, tuning, and reporting. Hands-on expertise with JMeter and Dynatrace, solid knowledge of non-functional requirements and application architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end performance engineering and performance testing activities.
- Gather requirements, define workload models, develop test plans and scenarios, and execute large-scale performance tests.
- Develop, enhance, and customize JMeter scripts using advanced scripting techniques.
- Use Dynatrace for deep-dive performance monitoring, analysis, and bottleneck identification.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations to improve system stability, scalability, and reliability.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization across applications, databases, and infrastructure.
- Work with developers, architects, operations, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive performance improvements.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate measurable findings and recommendations.
Must-Have Skills
- 6+ years of Performance Engineering experience
- 6+ years of Performance Testing experience
- 6+ years of JMeter experience
- 6+ years of Dynatrace experience
- Strong experience with Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and system/application architecture
- Strong Performance Tuning & Optimization experience
- Experience across the complete performance engineering lifecycle: requirements, planning, scripting, execution, analysis, troubleshooting, tuning, and reporting
