About The Opportunity
Parker Huggett is partnering with an established General Contractor with over 30 years of delivering ICI projects across Southern Ontario on time, on budget and beyond expectations. The firm has a strong pipeline of projects from $10M to $150M, including complex health care renovations, transit, seniors housing, schools and municipal builds.
We're looking for a Senior Estimator to support the firm's design-build and lump-sum work as it continues to grow.
In this role, you'll lead estimating on design-build and lump-sum projects, typically around $10M, across a varied ICI portfolio.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Motivated, with the drive to succeed
- Proven experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm
- ICI experience, including interiors and ground-up new builds, with particular interest in those who have worked in municipal, transit, health care and the education sectors
- Experience across all construction divisions
- Design-build experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Works well with all project stakeholders
- Strong leader and mentor to junior staff
About The Job
- Salary Range: $140,000 to $160,000 base salary
