Position Details
- As an Executive Assistant (EA), you will provide executive support to the clinical management team and report directly to the Associate Director of Client-Funded and MCCSS Programs and Services.
- You will complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including supporting and coordinating appointments; developing meeting agendas and taking minutes as needed; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; drafting internal and external communications including newsletters and memos; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- You will organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversee special projects. This is a role that requires creativity and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment that is mission driven, results-driven, and community oriented.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Office Administration or a related program with specific file/data management training. Bachelor’s degree, an asset.
- Three (3) years (minimum) of related work experience in a high-level administrative position, providing executive support.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a community-based service provider setting, an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, an asset.
- French Language proficiency, written and verbal is an asset
