New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an Intermediate Technical Analyst to support IT infrastructure projects involving Windows Server builds, migrations, application mapping, data collection, documentation, and scheduling. This role will work closely with Project Services, Operations teams, and Health Authority stakeholders to coordinate server migration activities across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Windows Server builds, migrations, and related infrastructure activities.
- Support data collection and analysis for infrastructure migration initiatives.
- Perform application mapping and assist with identifying application and infrastructure dependencies.
- Develop and maintain work packets, migration documentation, schedules, and implementation records.
- Coordinate server build and migration activities with Project Services, Operations teams, and Health Authority stakeholders.
- Track project activities, dependencies, issues, and migration readiness.
- Support technical troubleshooting related to Windows Server and infrastructure environments.
- Assist with data centre and IT infrastructure migration activities.
- Maintain clear technical documentation, status updates, and project records.
- Support project activities at onsite deployment locations as required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working directly with Windows Server environments.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting or coordinating server builds, migrations, or infrastructure changes.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to coordinate technical activities across project, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, documentation, and competing priorities.
- Ability to work onsite and travel to local deployment sites as required.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with storage, networking, and core infrastructure security.
- Data centre or IT infrastructure migration experience.
- Project coordination experience.
- MCSE Certification
