Responsibilities
- You will support the management of program design, development, and implementation activities. This includes assisting with identifying opportunities and gaps while collaborating with stakeholders to support action plan execution. Additionally, you may be assigned to other strategic projects within the business as required to support organizational priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives
Must-have Skills
- 3+ years' experience in strategy development, business process management, and large-scale project management
- Full life cycle Business Analyst experience with Commercial Banking products
- Previous experience in Commercial Banking roles
- Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven decision making and financial analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
- Stakeholder management skills: Strong impact and influence competencies with the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders, coupled with initiative and conceptual thinking to drive outcomes
- Top notch soft skills: Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities in fast-paced environments
Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience in business analytics and insights
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or equivalent programming language
- Familiarity with analytical methodologies and Machine Learning Modeling
